Apparently when I assumed that everyone would know what a gummy worm is, I assumed wrong. Last month was my Dad's birthday, so I made him a card (of course) and a tackle box (he's big into fishing!). I added some gummy worms to the tackle box, I mean, what's a tackle box without any tackle, right? So anyway, I sent this to my Dad. When he opened the tackle box, he saw the gummy worms and wasn't sure why I sent him worms. Luckily, my niece, Anna, was there and informed "Grandpa" that they were gummy worms. She then ate one to show him that it was candy! Thank you Anna! Because I would have hated to hear how Dad went fishing with the worms and not catch anything, LOL.
For the card, I chose a TeddyBo digi image fishing (of course!)
I added a lot of "little extras" on this card:
Here's a picture of the tackle box (Found the template at Stamp-n-Design):
(I just love this tackle box, isn't it just the cutest!)
And if you out in blogging land over the next few days, please stop by!! I have a little secret and LOTS of pics to share with you all!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
