Fall Flowers!

Oh boy, am I late on these! I've had so many other projects to get done, that I kept pushing these SWAPS to the back (well, for one reason I just couldn't come up with an idea for a long time). I am holding my head in shame because these were suppose to go out on or before September 1 and I just mailed them today to the hopefully-very-forgiving ladies. This post is for a Fall-O-Rama SWAP (hey, it's still Fall, I get some credit, right?)  This SWAP was basically anything Fall related. I immediately thought of sunflowers (it just took me a while to come up with how to use the sunflowers). Originally I was going to do a bouquet of sunflowers, like the gorgeous ones that Sherri made, check it out HERE - OMG!! But in the end, I opted for the easier way out. A card and a "handbag".
I think this is an older "Tilda" but she's still just adorable holding her sunflower. I know you can't tell but I added some flock for the brown in the center of the sunflower that she's holding.
The handbag is a cut file I got from Creations by AR.  I just think this is the cutest little handbag AND it's very simple to make, which makes it even that more adorable!
Yep, that's another Tilda shrinky dink!! I have just fallen in love with Shrinky Dinks, it's so easy to use and yet looks great on a project!
Here's the back side of the bag. I kept it simple since the sunflower was on the front.  I'm just sooo glad this is in the mail. Sure hope Rita will forgive me:)
Oh, and I'm entering this card in the Just Magnolia challenge. It's a sketch challenge this week and I just love this sketch. Wish me luck!

Hi Paula....I love both of your projects...they're beautiful. I would love to know what you colored your shrinky dink Tilda with (on the front or back). I've tried these before, without much success. I looked for an email tag for you, couldn't find one. Please email me at pamberrisford@yahoo.com
Thanks,
Pam:)
