Dancing with Stars

Well I'm still dealing with the pneumonia...and yes, it still sucks! Hopefully next week I can get some better answers and start getting this stuff behind me. I am SO ready to be "normal" again, LOL!!!!
I did make a card recently for one of my Yahoo Group's challenge.  I do have to admit the card took me about 5 days to make. It sat in my head for about 2 days and then I could only muster up enough energy to work on it for a little at a time. I did get it finished though and feel good about that. Actually I really like the way it turned out...definitely a style I hadn't done before but definitely will do again.  I've always ohhhh and ahhh when I see this style (beige/white/cream with a hint of color). There is just something about it that I really like, can't really tell you what it is though. I also broke out my distress inks and colored Tilda with them instead of my copics.  I don't now why I don't use them more, but really gonna try to. I love the look of them (and yep, I will have to practice more!)
Well here goes...
I used the Tilda Dancing with Stars stamp and of course some WOC flowers (gosh, I just love them!!)  The accent color I used was Autumn Rose from PTI and the papers are digital from Raspberry Road.
And here's a peek on the inside..(just noticed that I didn't bring out any autumn rose..oh well). And now for the artsy look...not toosure what that is but I keep seeing people post it on their blogs, LOL.
So whatcha think? I must say, I really like how this one turned out. Maybe I need to do more cards while on drugs...LOL.  That's about it for today, still have to pace myself and it's now bedtime....Have a great weekend everyone!

The softness of it with just a touch of color is beautiful and the WOC flowers are always great. I haven't worked wiith distress ink yet, maybe you can advise me what ones to get. I pray you will be better real soon. hugs, Ruth Ann
