Happy Anniversary

Just popping in to share my latest card. My Dad and his wife are celebrating their wedding anniversary, and he had asked for me to make a card for her.  With just a few requested specifics (lavender and flowers) here is what I came up with. I have to say I enjoyed making this, it's been a while since I did a card that I didn't color an image on, definitely will make more of these.
Yep, added a stick pin, gosh, I'm just addicted to these right now.
And for the inside, kept it kinda simple:
Then I "made" a box to put it in. I just used a clear box that the PTI stamps come in and decorated it to match the card. Here's a pic of the card with the box:
Oh well, that's it for now. I have a few projects that I am working on so better get at 'em! Hope you had a wonderful weekend and enjoy the week.

Your card is really beautiful and I am sure your dad and his wife will treasure this one. I also went through a phase of using those hatpins on every card and now they just lie in a drawer. They do make a wonderful statement though. Thanks for reminding me that I have them. hugs Sharon
