Who doesn't love a cute bear?

Yeah, It's Saturday! Raining and cold outside so it's the perfect day to sit in my ARTHaven and play. DH is off at a motorcycle or car or something show in Moultrie, Ga today and that leaves just me and Mallie and play all day! I've got about 6 valentine's cards to get done (but I'm going to be realistic and say I need to get at least 2 of them done today). So once I finish posting here, I'm off to put a load of laundry in and then start playing with paper (and may throw some fabric in the mix to today!) OH yeah, that reminds me, I have to embroider something....oops almost forgot! I better get moving on this post!! I signed up for another SWAP but this one is for the SCAL MTC Hints group. I am to do 1 Valentine's theme card and send it to my assigned person (who happens to be Patti!). I struggled with this one...didn't know if I wanted to go with a stamped image or use Cromwell (that's my pet name for my Cricut). Eventually I decided since this was for a group specializing in software for Cromwell...I should use him! I saw this bear (or something similar) and just thought he was the cutest. I went through the files I had and found that I would need to take bits and pieces from a few bears that I had bought from Little Scraps of Heaven. I think SHE (HAD to put a pink Tshirt on HER) turned out with just enough cuteness, don't you? I used some Pop-dots to make her stand out from the card but I can't seem to get a picture that shows this...oh well, all you creative people out there I'm sure can visualize her popping out!! (I really need to buy some of those action wobbles...they would have been perfect this!!)

She should arrive at her new home on Tuesday-ish (I think).  OK, better get started on some more cards! Oh, by the way, I ordered some Hug Snug Seam Binding to make some of the dyed crinkle ribbon that is so the rage these days (I just love the look of this on projects). It arrived yesterday so hopefully I'll get a chance to play with it this weekend. Thanks for stopping by!
